Negotiated rates at park n fly hotels near airports and cruise ports

SMART Airport Parking Options

My first question to every honeymoon couple is simple: when do you want to leave? I always recommend building in a buffer day after the ceremony — time to open gifts, say goodbye to out-of-town guests, and actually breathe. In practice, that usually means a Saturday wedding, a Sunday farewell brunch, and a Monday morning flight to paradise.

What if your vacation could start the night before you leave - and you could save money doing it?

We work with a company that sells ONLY to Travel Agents and ONLY park-n-fly stays. Their negotiated rates are often hard to beat, especially on popular travel days or when special events are in town.

A park-n-fly stay includes one night of accommodation, round-trip airport transfers, and free parking while you're away - often at a price less than you can park at the airport for the duration of your trip!

This is something our guests find worth considering, especially when living a few hours from the airport or when taking a longer vacation.

And for cruisers? Imagine arriving near your departure port the day before sailing, enjoying a relaxing evening, and waking up knowing you're already in town. No frantic race to the ship!

Traveling to Europe? We recommend what we call a "reverse park-n-fly" package. Flights to Europe typically depart in the evening, making a pre-night stay unnecessary. However, when you return from Europe and arrive at your airport in the late afternoon, it's often 6-8 hours later than where you came from, so 3pm is 9pm or 11pm to you. You're beat! Having a hotel reservation for the night that you return is considered a safety blanket. If you're too tired to drive home, you spend the night at the hotel; if not, you pick up your car and drive home.

What this looks like:

  1. You drive to the park-n-fly hotel near the airport on the day your flight departs for Europe.

  2. You check in at the hotel counter to get a placard to display in your windshield.

  3. You take the hotel shuttle to the airport.

  4. When you return, you take the hotel shuttle from the airport to the hotel to rest or pick up your car and return home.

Before you pay for airport parking, ask us to check your options. We love finding little ways to make your vacation easier—and sometimes the smartest travel decision happens before you even leave home!
