Hawaii Is More Than a Vacation.

It's an Experience Worth Planning Right.

The Secret? Choosing the Right Island for You.

Not all Hawaiian islands are created equal.

Some are known for gorgeous resort beaches and excellent swimming. Others are better suited for exploring dramatic coastlines, hiking through lush landscapes, or discovering Hawaii's volcanic activity. Even the helicopter tours are different!

You don't need to visit every island to have an incredible Hawaii vacation. You need to visit the right one.

what our clients are saying

I once planned a two-week Hawaii vacation for a family of five. After they returned, the wife shared ...

Before the trip, her husband had complained, "Why do we have to plan all this stuff? I just want to relax!"

But once they were in Hawaii, he changed his tune.

"I'm so glad she planned all of this! There's no way we could have done everything on our own, and I wouldn't have wanted to miss any of it."

And THAT is exactly why we love planning Hawaii vacations!

Hawaii activities sell out well in advance. It's not about scheduling every minute. It's about making sure you don't miss the experiences you'll love, while leaving plenty of time to relax and enjoy paradise.

A little planning makes for a whole lot more vacation!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Which Hawaiian island is best for first-time visitors?

It depends on what you want to experience. Oʻahu offers a wonderful combination of city scene, shopping, dining, beaches, history and family friendly sightseeing. Maui is popular for resorts, beaches and independent exploration. Kauaʻi is ideal for dramatic natural scenery, while Hawaiʻi Island offers volcanoes, diverse landscapes and memorable adventures. We help clients choose based on their interests rather than recommending the same island to everyone.

How many islands should we visit?

For a one-week vacation, we often recommend concentrating on one-two islands. With 10–14 days, two-three islands can work beautifully. Moving between islands takes at least a half a day and $100 per person. Another consideration is Hawaii's frequent extended stay promotions. We help weigh the value of each additional stop against the cost and time available to enjoy it.

How far in advance should we plan our Hawaii vacation?

For the best choice of resorts, room categories and popular experiences, we recommend beginning 6-9 months ahead, and often 9-12 months for milestone trips, holidays or peak travel dates.

Do we need a car rental in Hawaii?

Often, yes—but not always. The answer depends on your island, resort location, activities and wish to be independent. It's notable that Hawaii's road conditions are excellent. Please note that there is typically an age requirement of 25years or older to rent a car.

Can you help us plan activities and excursions?

Yes. Activities are an important part of our Hawaii planning process. We help clients prioritize experiences and how they fit into their vacation time, as well as understand important seasonal and reservation considerations. The exact booking and concierge services are explained during the planning process.

Is Hawaii a good destination to have a destination wedding?

Hawaii is incredibly romantic, with gorgeous settings for everything from an intimate beach ceremony to an elegant resort wedding. Romance is even woven into the music and dance of Hawaii. Here's something many couples don't realize: All beaches in Hawaii are public, so a beachfront resort can't promise a completely private beach wedding. There are also permits and restrictions for many beach ceremonies. But don't worry - we'll help you navigate those details and find the perfect setting for your big day!

Is Hawaii a good place to bring my family?

One of our favorites! Hawaii is wonderful for multigenerational families because there's something for almost everyone—from snorkeling and waterfalls to volcanoes, cultural experiences and relaxing beach days. But here's something many families don't know: Not every gorgeous Hawaiian beach is safe for swimming, and ocean conditions can change dramatically with the seasons. We'll help you choose the right island, resort and activities so everyone, from the youngest to the oldest, has an amazing vacation!

Is Hawaii a good place to celebrate our honeymoon or anniversary?

Absolutely. Hawaii offers beautiful resorts and small surfer-style inns, casual and romantic dining, and thrilling scenic adventures - opportunities to relax and make memories together. We can help create a vacation around the two of you - celebrating your occasion while reflecting your own style and interests.

Is Hawaii a good place to host a group or incentive trip?

It's a fantastic choice! Hawaii offers that wonderful combination of adventure, relaxation and unforgettable experiences that makes a group trip really special. Not only that, it's a bucket list trip. Here's something worth knowing: You don't need passports for U.S. citizens traveling directly from the mainland, and there are beautiful resorts with meeting spaces, group activities and private event venues. The trick is choosing the right island and resort for your group's size, interests and budget.
